This episode is one i'm particularly proud of, there is two other episodes that I won't really talk about. This one i'm happy with, because there is some shots that i'm proud of and a really short presentation of Price Brower at the end, also because i've had the pleasure to have Hjalmar Dahl to do a voice over at the end.
Role: Camera, grading and editing.
We were three when we filmed this, me, Aannguaq Nielsen and Ove Heilmann. We used one Sony a7sii and a a7rii with s-log2 and the last one was a Sony FDR-ax33, later edited and graded using Premiere Pro. Now i'm fairly new to grading and this whole thing was graded in the span of 3-4 hours, there was some things that could have been done a lot better with a bit more time, but here we are. A full assed product that is the spawn of lack-of-time. I did my best with this but damn it i was so busy that when I was done for the day, I couldn't relax for a few days and got sick.
Anyway, what I learned here was the importance of communication between cameramen. We had been working 18 hours a day for a week when we shot this episode, so we were getting tired but still did the our best. We could still manage to smile and laugh even after all these hours together, so it was perfect and enriching.
